Q. Why should I change pharmacies?

A. We believe if you will allow us, we will prove to you that we provide superior service, convenience, and prices.

Q. Do I have to wait until my prescriptions expires to become a customer at Northgate Pharmacy?

A. No transferring is easy and can be done at ANY time. Just call or drop by one of our convenient locations and we will take care of everything else for you.

Q. How do I get my prescriptions transferred to Northgate Pharmacy?

A. It’s very simple. Just give us a call and tell us that you would like your medications transferred. We will take care of the rest!

Q. Do I have to wait until I get new prescriptions from my doctor to become a customer at Northgate Pharmacy?

A. No transferring is easy and can be done at ANY time. Just call or drop by and we will take care of everything else for you.

Q. Do I have to wait until a new year begins to change to Northgate Pharmacy?

A. No transferring can be done at ANY time during the year. This will not affect your insurance or the ability to get end of year printouts for tax purposes. Just call or stop by and we will take care of everything else for you.

Q. Can I get my prescriptions filled on Saturday?

A. Absolutely! We are open Saturday 9:00 AM until 1:00 PM.

Q. Do you have a drive-thru?

A. Yes. Drive-thru service is available. You will receive the same great service there as you will in our stores. We provide this service for your convenience. We realize that many times it is easier to not have to get out of your vehicle to get your medicine.

Q. What are your hours?

A. We are open Monday through Friday 8:30 AM until 6 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM until 1 PM

Q. Why would I come to your locally owned store rather than a chain pharmacy?

A. We feel we can offer better service, better prices, and more convenience than any other chain drugstores.  We are family owned and operated and treat our customers as extended family!

Q. Do you accept my insurance?

A. Yes. We are contracted with most insurance companies.

Q. Will medicine cost more or less at your stores?

A. If have prescription insurance coverage, your cost should remain consistent no matter where you get your medicine. If you do not have insurance coverage or buy some items not covered on your plan, we will in almost all cases be cheaper than other competitors!
